Book Your Table for this Autumn’s Indie Author Fair

This autumn Triskele Books, the Alliance of Independent Authors and the Chorleywood Literary Festival are coming together to organise an
Chorleywood Literary Festival

INDIE AUTHOR FAIR

On the afternoon of Sunday 16th November 2014, independently-published authors will be able to sell their books, chat to readers and celebrate all that is best in Indie Publishing.

Those authors with a particular skill or experience to share can also offer 'Human Library' style one-to-one sessions on specific topics (e.g. design, editing, marketing...)

Afternoon teas will be served throughout to encourage browsing.

BOOKING IS NOW OPEN!

Authors can reserve their table through Chorleywood Bookshop, on their website, at the bookshop or by phoning (01923 283566).

Tables cost £5 per author.

TO BE INCLUDED IN THE PRE-EVENT PUBLICITY, YOU MUST BOOK BY 31ST JULY*

(Until 31st July, we are giving absolute priority to authors. After that, we will consider requests for space from service providers and other interested parties - but they must be ALLi Partner Members.)

BUT THAT’S NOT ALL

We are well aware that only a tiny proportion of the fantastic talent out there will be able to come to Chorleywood on 16th November. And we want this to be an event that celebrates the whole world of Indie Publishing.

So whether you are a reader or a writer, we want to hear from you. If you have read any indie published books in the last year that blew you away, we invite you to send us your top three

INDIE PICKS

At the top of the page, tell us your name and something about yourself. Then for each of your three selections, write the title, author and a killer paragraph about why people should read this book, and email it to catriona.troth[at]gmail.com.

We will print them out as posters and on Sunday 16th November, paper the walls of the hall at Chorleywood with your suggestions.

*Authors: once you have booked your table, please email catriona.troth[at]gmail.com giving:
